A groundhog walked into a kitchen . . .

leaned over and asked for a drink of water . . .

I actually can't think of a punchline for that joke. I was working toward the "A skeleton walks into a bar and orders a beer and a mop" joke but  - never mind. Youngest Child was a groundhog in his class play last week. I ran out of fun fur knitting his mitts - had to substitute a chenille yarn instead - but there was no way I was going to do a late night "fun fur" trip to the yarn store!

I've had some straight line knitting time with my Top Down Wrap Cardigan - I am really looking forward to getting to the sleeves!

I had one last bag of items from the Great Teen Closet and Drawer clean out. I was starting to feel a little sad - what could I pack up next?
Well, hurrah . . .
The 10th Annual Textile Center Garage Sale is coming up on
Saturday April 17, 2010. That means they will be accepting donations:

Thursday, April 15, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, April 16, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

I feel a yarn stash explosion coming on!
